Through strong leadership, management, and customer service Parker has built the foundation for Metz Building & Development. Parker has more than doubled MBD’s clientele each year since founding MBD in 1999. He has most importantly done this through strong reputations and referrals. Each year he brings new ideas and strengths to the company, striving to stay ahead of the competition.
In 2003 he introduced Metz Window & Door as a specialized division of MBD separating Metz Building Development into two Segments Metz Homes and Metz Window & Door. MWD specializes in TRUE window and door replacement. This specialized segment has given Metz Building & Development an extra edge on the competition.
Parker’s work speaks for it self when it comes to quality craftsmanship and attention to every detail. He treats every job the same no matter the size or complexity, he has always said it is not the size of the job that is important its the impression you leave your customer. Many years have been spent building a strong, reliable, and experienced group of tradesmen that can achieve the high standards and respect that Parker expects. His direct and aggressive management style blended with his perfectionism may seem overwhelming to some but those who understand it respect it.
